Explicit Consent — Transfer Abroad and AI Processing

Effective date: 2026-09-26 · v1

AI features (background removal and tagging, virtual try-on, the style assistant) require your photos and messages to be processed on our AI provider’s servers in the USA. This consent is optional: without it you keep every feature that does not need AI, and you can withdraw it at any time.

1. What you consent to

I give my explicit consent under KVKK art. 5/1 and art. 9 to Ali Mert Güleç processing the following personal data with AI and transferring it abroad for that purpose, as described in the KVKK Information Notice:

2. To whom and where

Data is transferred only when you start an AI feature, over an encrypted connection via our servers (Google Cloud, EU). The AI provider’s keys are kept only on our server, never in the App.

3. Purpose and limits

Your data is not used to train AI models; we instruct the provider accordingly. We ask the provider not to retain inputs and outputs after processing; results are copied only into our storage. No face recognition or identification is performed.

4. What you should know

Data is transferred to a country that may not offer the level of protection required by KVKK. Public authorities there may have different powers to access data than in Türkiye. To reduce these risks we sign data processing agreements with providers and transfer only the data needed.

Your body photo shows your face and appearance and could indirectly allow sensitive information to be inferred (e.g. religious belief from clothing). That is why try-on requires that you upload only your own photo and are at least 18.

5. Withdrawing consent

This consent is optional and is not a condition of the service contract. Without it you can still use your wardrobe manually, build outfits and use the calendar, daily suggestion, statistics and community.

You can withdraw it at any time in Settings › Privacy & data. After withdrawal no new AI action is started and your body photo is deleted. Processing carried out before withdrawal remains lawful.
