Wardrova is an app for organising your wardrobe, building outfits, trying clothes on with AI and sharing your style with the community. These terms explain your rights and responsibilities and ours. We have zero tolerance for content that harms the community. This is a translation; the Turkish version prevails.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between Ali Mert Güleç ("Wardrova", "we"), which provides the Wardrova mobile app (the "App"), and you, the user.
When you first open the App you are asked to read and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them you cannot use the App. How your personal data is processed is explained separately in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Information Notice.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
Virtual try-on with your own photo (body photo try-on) is only for users aged 18 or over. If we learn that you are under 18 we will disable this feature for you and delete your body photo.
You start using the App without signing up, with an anonymous account tied to your device. You can optionally link it to Sign in with Apple or an e-mail address. If you do not link an anonymous account, you may lose access to your data if you delete the App or change phones.
You need a unique username to post in the community. We may remove usernames that impersonate others or are misleading or offensive.
You can delete your account at any time in the App (Profile › Settings › Account › Delete account). Deletion cannot be undone.

We may change, add or remove features to improve the service. If we remove a paid feature we will try to offer a reasonable alternative for the rest of your active subscription.
We apply zero tolerance to objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post, upload or try to generate with AI:
You can report any post, comment or user and block users you do not want to interact with from inside the App. You will no longer see content from users you block.
Uploaded images and text pass through automated filters. We review reported content within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules and warn, suspend or permanently ban the user who posted it.
You own the photos you upload and the text you write. Only upload content you have the right to share.
For content you share publicly in the community, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in the App, which ends when you delete the content. Your wardrobe photos and try-on results are not public unless you share them.
AI features require your photos to be processed on servers of our service providers outside Türkiye. We therefore ask for your separate explicit consent before you first use them. Without it you can keep using every feature that does not need AI.
AI-generated images and suggestions may not reflect reality. A try-on result does not accurately show a garment’s real size, fit, colour or texture. These results are not professional advice about purchases, health or anything else. Every generated image carries an "AI-generated" label; you must not remove it to present the image as real.
You may only upload your own photo for virtual try-on. Using another person’s photo for this feature is forbidden, even with their consent. Nude, underwear or inappropriate photos are rejected.
You can report an inappropriate or wrong AI result from inside the App.
Each AI action (e.g. removing an item’s background, one virtual try-on, one message to the style assistant) uses a number of AI credits, shown before you start the action. New accounts receive 2 free credits once.
AI credits have no cash value; they cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account or refunded. Credits granted monthly with Premium may not roll over if unused within that period. Credits spent on actions that fail because of a technical error are returned.
To prevent abuse (e.g. opening new accounts to collect free credits repeatedly) we may limit credit grants per device.
Premium is purchased through the App Store or Google Play and charged to that store account. The current price, period and any free trial are clearly shown on the purchase screen.
Refunds are subject to the store’s (Apple or Google) refund policies. Your statutory rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation are unaffected; note that the right of withdrawal may not apply once you consent to immediate delivery of digital content.
The App’s design, software, logo and content (other than yours and other users’) belong to Wardrova or its licensors. You may not reverse engineer the App, scrape it or use it in a way that disrupts the service.
We provide the App "as is" and cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or decisions you make based on AI results. Our liability for intent or gross negligence and your rights under consumer law are unaffected.
If you breach these Terms, in particular the community rules, we may suspend or close your account without prior notice. For minor breaches we warn you first. You can write to us to appeal a decision.
We may update these Terms. When there is a material change we will notify you in the App and ask you to accept the new version. If you do not accept it you can delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within their monetary limits and Consumer Courts above them. For non-consumer users, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Central) have jurisdiction.
