Marketing Messages Consent
You can allow us to send you messages about new features, offers and style content. This is entirely optional; declining does not affect your use of the App in any way, and you can withdraw at any time.
1. Consent statement
Under Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, I agree that Ali Mert Güleç may send me commercial electronic messages about Wardrova’s new features, subscription offers, events and style content.
2. Channels
- App notifications (push)
- E-mail (only if you linked your account to an e-mail address)
The daily outfit reminder and community notifications (likes, comments, follows) are not marketing messages; you manage them separately in notification settings.
3. Message Management System (İYS)
For marketing e-mails, your consent is registered with Türkiye’s Message Management System (İYS) as required by law. You can also view and withdraw it through İYS. We keep the consent record for in-app notifications ourselves.
4. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, in Settings › Privacy & data, via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail we send, or through İYS. Your request is applied within 3 business days.
