01 / Behind the product
A real need. A considered solution.
Challenge
Recipe apps speak either to amateurs or to professionals. Keeping both in one place without diluting the curated content is hard.
Approach
Chef recipes are broken into step-by-step instructions; each step is one screen and one job. A community layer lets users share their own recipes, while the curated library stays a separate space that community content never mixes into.
Result
Chef recipes, step-by-step guides, a curated library and community interaction in one iOS app; a single meeting point for amateur cooks and professionals.
