Privacy Policy

What we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name, project type and stage, timing preferences, optional meeting availability and time zone, optionally how you heard about us, and message. We use this to reply to your enquiry. The answer to how you heard about us is also counted in aggregate, without linking it to you, to see which channels bring enquiries.

Studio analytics aggregates visit starts, page views and transitions, link and project-filter clicks, video controls, scroll thresholds, approximate active time and form steps. Dimensions include day, page, entry page, device and browser family, country, traffic source, referring hostname and valid UTM campaign/medium labels. Attribution and entry context are held in sessionStorage until the tab closes and reset after 30 minutes of inactivity. No individual session replay, screen recording or keystroke content is collected. The analytics database stores no IP addresses, visitor identifiers, raw referrer URLs or form contents. This measurement is skipped when Do Not Track is enabled. The administration panel uses an eight-hour secure session cookie for authentication.

Infrastructure may process technical request logs for security and troubleshooting. Form text is not included in analytics events; the request IP is used to limit submission frequency.

Cookies

The site uses no non-essential tracking cookies. Your theme preference is stored locally in your browser. A preference cookie may remember your language selection.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. The website runs on Cloudflare. Enquiries are sent through Cloudflare Email Service to the owner’s Gmail inbox. Messages sent to hello@amgsoftwarestudio.com are forwarded to the same inbox. Forms are not additionally stored in a Firebase database.

Retention

Correspondence is retained in the email inbox to follow up on enquiries and any resulting contract discussions. Deletion requests can be sent to hello@amgsoftwarestudio.com and are considered alongside applicable legal obligations.
