What we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name, project type and stage, timing preferences, optional meeting availability and time zone, and message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry.

Infrastructure may process technical request logs for security and troubleshooting. Form text is not included in analytics events; the request IP is used to limit submission frequency.

Cookies

The site uses no non-essential tracking cookies. Your theme preference is stored locally in your browser. A preference cookie may remember your language selection.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. The website runs on Cloudflare. Enquiries are sent through Cloudflare Email Service to the owner’s Gmail inbox. Messages sent to hello@amgsoftwarestudio.com are forwarded to the same inbox. Forms are not additionally stored in a Firebase database.

Retention

Correspondence is retained in the email inbox to follow up on enquiries and any resulting contract discussions. Deletion requests can be sent to hello@amgsoftwarestudio.com and are considered alongside applicable legal obligations.
