A simple MVP and a complex platform need different timelines. We plan the schedule, deliverables and priorities around your needs.

01 / MVP

A focused first release.

Around 2–4 weeks

One core user journey, ready content and limited integrations. The shorter schedule applies to MVPs with a clearly defined scope.

02 / COMPLEX PRODUCT

A platform built to grow.

Several months or longer · scope dependent

Multi-platform experiences, SaaS, game economies, data migration and custom integrations. Planned after discovery, with phased deliverables and release milestones.

Ranges guide planning rather than guarantee delivery. The final schedule follows agreed scope and dependencies. Stages can overlap; store reviews and external approvals are planned separately.

We talk about the problem you are solving, not the feature you had in mind. Scope, technical architecture and timeline come out of this conversation.

A working build every week. You try each build on your own device and the feedback goes into the next week.

Launch & Support

Store submission, the review process and release. Afterwards we keep watching crash rates and the metrics that matter.
