Process
A process shaped around your scope.
A simple MVP and a complex platform need different timelines. We plan the schedule, deliverables and priorities around your needs.
01 / MVP
A focused first release.
Around 2–4 weeksOne core user journey, ready content and limited integrations. The shorter schedule applies to MVPs with a clearly defined scope.
02 / COMPLEX PRODUCT
A platform built to grow.
Several months or longer · scope dependentMulti-platform experiences, SaaS, game economies, data migration and custom integrations. Planned after discovery, with phased deliverables and release milestones.
Ranges guide planning rather than guarantee delivery. The final schedule follows agreed scope and dependencies. Stages can overlap; store reviews and external approvals are planned separately.
Discovery & Planning
We talk about the problem you are solving, not the feature you had in mind. Scope, technical architecture and timeline come out of this conversation.
Simple MVP: 1–2 working days
Complex product: 1–3+ weeks
Outputs
- Scope document
- Technical architecture
- Time and budget estimate
Design & Prototype
Screen flow and interface design. For games this step means a playable prototype; if it is not fun we do not continue.
Simple MVP: 2–4 working days
Complex product: 2–6+ weeks
Outputs
- Screen flow
- Interface design
- Playable prototype (games)
Development & Testing
A working build every week. You try each build on your own device and the feedback goes into the next week.
Simple MVP: 5–10 working days
Complex product: multiple development cycles
Outputs
- Weekly test builds
- Test coverage
- Performance measurements
Launch & Support
Store submission, the review process and release. Afterwards we keep watching crash rates and the metrics that matter.
Simple MVP: 1–3 working days of release preparation
Complex product: phased rollout and ongoing support
Outputs
- Store release
- Monitoring setup
- Post-launch support
