A real need. A considered solution.
Challenge
If a prayer notification is missed the app loses its value. Background restrictions and time zone changes make these notifications the most fragile feature.
Approach
Times are computed on device and notifications scheduled days ahead, so nothing depends on a server. The whole schedule rebuilds when location changes. Quran, dhikr and hadith content works offline.
Result
Shipped in five languages. Most content works with no connection at all.
