A real need. A considered solution.
Challenge
The studio ran bookings over messaging. Clashing sessions, forgotten payments and hand-kept measurement records ate most of the working day.
Approach
The member app and the admin panel share one data model. The manager runs the weekly class schedule, members and packages from one place. The trainer calendar accounts for capacity, so a clash is impossible in the system.
Result
Members see the weekly calendar, book sessions and follow their own measurements and remaining package from the app. Live on iOS and Android.
