A real need. A considered solution.
Challenge
Finding clients, quoting, tracking work and delivering usually spread across five separate tools in a studio. Work gets lost in the gaps between them.
Approach
Two apps in one repository: the public site and client delivery portal, plus an internal CRM, lead pipeline and project tracker. Sourcing, scoring and outreach are automated, but rules like a daily send limit live in the system.
Result
The whole flow from sourcing to delivery lives in one place, with shared Turborepo packages keeping both apps on the same types.
