A real need. A considered solution.
Challenge
Doing tenant isolation in the application layer is risky for health data. One missing filter exposes another clinic's patient record.
Approach
Tenant isolation lives at the database level through row-level security, so we do not rely on the application code behaving. Appointments, treatments, billing and WhatsApp reminders share one model.
Result
Adding a clinic is one row; no separate deployment required.
