The studio owner wants to manage members, packages, classes, payments and trainer performance from a desktop; it must look at the same data as the mobile app but do different work. Cash and POS payments are taxed differently, and a half-saved programme means a member receives an incomplete plan.

The Next.js 16 panel uses the same Supabase schema as the mobile app and the business rules in @peakup/shared. The dashboard separates active, passive and pre-registered members; monthly revenue reads the VAT rate from the record and gives one figure; payment and class queries are paginated with no silent truncation.

The six-stage analysis template, automatic message settings (a reminder two classes before a package ends, a welcome on renewal, special days) and the exercise library are managed from the panel; programme writing is atomic through one RPC. Trainer videos upload directly to storage via signed URLs (up to 200 MB). A system status card shows cron and Edge Function health; password reset returns to the app by deep link.

PeakUp’s new interface runs studio operations on the desktop and the member experience on mobile as one product. The closing audit’s panel findings on time zones, VAT validation and query limits were closed with tests.
